Procigar Raises $90,000

Grand Finale Dinner Event Raises Record Donation

February 29, 2012. The 2012 ProCigar Festival in the Dominican Republic set records in charitable donations and attendance at its fifth annual event.
For the first time in its five-year history, attendance reached the self-imposed limit of 250 guests and $90,000 was raised for local Dominican charities.

The ProCigar Festival celebrates the Dominican premium cigar industry each year with
extensive factory and field tours, tastings, seminars and gala events.
Attendees are treated to unprecedented access to the men and women behind the Dominican
cigar industry.
The addition of the Fuentes Family to this year's event was seen as a major accomplishment by the event's organizers and attendees.
