ProCigar Festival 2012 Opens RegistrationAttendees may now register for the 2012 ProCigar Festival.October 20, 2011. The fifth annual ProCigar Festival has announced the schedule of events for 2012. The Festival will be held February 19-24 in the Dominican Republic and centered in and around Santiago and La Romana.Although cigars and tobacco are the main focus of the festival, the 2012 schedule includes unique activities such as catamaran cruises and river rafting. Evenings are spent dining with manufacturers and other cigar enthusiasts while the daytime activities also include factory, field and rolling tours of several manufacturers. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with leading cigar makers and most importantly, to smoke great and sometimes new, unreleased cigars.
